Service Description
D&M Central Florida Closets and Millwork Inc., operating as D&M Central Florida Closets & Millwork, provides custom millwork services including crown molding and interior trim installation, TV feature walls and fireplace millwork, and custom closet design and installation. We serve residential clients throughout Central Florida.
Quotes and Estimates
All project estimates are provided free of charge following an in-home or virtual consultation. Estimates are based on the scope of work, materials selected, and current material and labor costs. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Project dates are reserved upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit. We require at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may be subject to a restocking fee. We strive to accommodate your schedule and will communicate any changes promptly.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your written agreement and may include a deposit upon scheduling, progress payments during the project, and a final payment upon completion. Accepted payment methods include cash and check. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as described in your agreement.
Warranties and Guarantees
We warrant our workmanship for the period specified in your written agreement. This warranty covers installation-related issues and does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, moisture intrusion, structural movement, or modifications made by others. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and passed through to the client.
Limitation of Liability
D&M Central Florida Closets and Millwork Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or defects not disclosed prior to the start of work.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in the county where our business is registered.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
